The helm has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While attuned and wearing it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge to do one of the following:
- Designate. Choose one creature within 30 feet of you that you can see. That creature becomes designated. The designation lasts until the creature dies, you die, or you designate another creature. You can have only one designated creature at a time.
- Activate. You cast Teleport (no components required), but your destination is automatically the closest unoccupied space to your designated creature. You do not need to know the creature’s location, and the spell always places you as close as possible to it.
