These lustrous green robes are embroidered with flame motifs in gold thread. According to legend, the thread was dipped in phoenix blood before being sewn into the garment.
While wearing these robes, you gain the following benefits:
- Untarnished Gold. If you aren’t wearing armor, your base Armor Class is 15 + your Dexterity modifier.
- War Mage. Your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 2.
- Star Power. You have immunity to fire damage and resistance to cold damage. In addition, you can speak the command phrase Fiat Lux to cause the robes to emit bright light for 30 ft. and dim light for 60 ft. The light remains until you use an action to end it.
- Ignite the Weave. Whenever you cast a spell that deals damage, the spell deals fire damage instead of its normal damage type.
- Nourishing Warmth. Once per turn, when you deal fire damage to a creature with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain hit points equal to half the fire damage actually dealt to that creature by the spell. If the spell does damage to multiple creatures, you must choose which creature triggers this effect.
